Serves 1. Multiply recipe as necessary.

Needed:
1 bottle Jameson (any size.. though larger the better)
1 Case Guiness (substitute for keg if available)
6-8 bangers
1 quart mashed potatoes
Stuff for gravy…

Directions:
Take shot of Jameson
Open Guiness.
Fry up the bangers n make the mash. Being careful not to let the Guiness bottle empty.
Take second shot
Make a Guiness gravy. (this may take a while. have extra shots on hand)
Twelfth shot.
Serve bangers n mash if u can remember wherer the plates are.
Give up searching for plates and eat right from those cooking things you used to make the food…
