It’s a little wonky (it’s alpha after all) but once you get the hang of it it’s pretty sweet.

When your adding apps the order you add them will determine their position in the stack. If you place a stack in the dock and there are 5 or less apps in it it will fan up. More than 5 and it opens a grid view. Once you pass 16 apps on grid view flick down to scroll down the grid.

Once you put the app in the stack you can use ‘poof’ to hide the icon. With a little ssh and some basic command line you’ll have stack up and running in no time!
